Refund policy

At The Studio by Diabla, we want you to shop with confidence and be delighted with your purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

• Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the purchase date (or within 7 days of receiving your order for shipped purchases).
• Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging (if applicable).

After the 7-day return period, all sales are considered final. In certain circumstances, we may offer to repurchase an item at our discretion based on its condition, authenticity, and current market demand.

Pre-Loved & Vintage Items

Many of our pieces are authentic pre-loved or vintage luxury items and may display minor signs of wear consistent with their age and previous use. We carefully inspect each item and make every effort to accurately describe and photograph its condition.

We encourage you to review all photos and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional photos or have questions about an item's condition, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.

If you receive an item with a significant, undisclosed defect that materially differs from the description, please contact us within the 7-day return period. Any return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to The Studio by Diabla's approval.

Watch Sales

All watches purchased from The Studio by Diabla are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Mechanical issues are covered under a 10 Day Warranty, subject to the warranty's terms and conditions.
